“Tog Studio offers an opportunity to return to a sense of what we are trying to achieve in architecture.” Rory More
Tog Studio would like to congratulate Rory More on his beautifully written and thought provoking article ‘Tog[etherness]’ in the Winter 2013 edition of the RIAS Quarterly.
Rory was an integral member of the Tog 2013 on-site team who realised the boathouse project and has continued to be an active member of the Tog community ever since. Within the article Rory reflects on his journey to Tiree, his experience of collaborative learning on site and the impact Tog has in stimulating discourse on what it is to build. Rory considers Tog Studio to be part of “optimistic stirrings” in Scottish architecture, much to our delight.
Tog Studio are continuing to build a community of active like-minded individuals that we have had the pleasure of working with. This community has become a forum for sharing ideas and information and we aim to sustain this network of talented people across professional disciplines in Scotland.
